1. Open the file you just downloaded (a .zip opens with a double-click), then drag FMC into your Applications folder.
2. The first time, right-click FMC and choose Open, then choose Open again. This test build is not signed yet, so a double-click alone may be refused. (Or: System Settings, Privacy and Security, Open Anyway.)
3. Sign in with your FMC account.
