FMC Support
Help with your Fashion Models Collective account, the FMC app, payments, and reporting something that is not right.
How to reach FMC
Email rsvp@fashionmodelscollective.com. Please tell us the email address on your FMC account and, if it is about a booking, the campaign name. We aim to reply to general questions within two working days. Reports about content or a member are looked at and acted on within 24 hours (see “Report content or a member” below).
Account help
- Forgot your password? Use the password reset page, or “Forgot password” on the app sign-in screen. If you signed in with Apple, Google or Facebook, use the same button again to sign in.
- Not approved yet? Membership is by application and every application is reviewed by our team. You can follow up by email.
- Change your details. Open your profile in the app (or the website dashboard) and edit your name, photos, contact details and notification choices.
Delete your account
- Open the FMC app and sign in.
- Open Settings (tap your profile row on the Home screen).
- Scroll to “Delete my account” and confirm.
What is erased. We end your sessions, delete your login, and erase or anonymise your personal data: your name, contact details, address, photos and files, bio, social handles, push tokens and the content you added. Your Connect messages then show as from a “Former member”. What is kept. Only the booking, payment, invoice and ledger records that the law requires us to keep (in the UK, normally six years), without your name, shown as “Deleted member”. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
If you cannot sign in, email rsvp@fashionmodelscollective.com from the address on your account and we will help.
Report content or a member
You can report any message, photo, video, post, review or member from inside the app, and block other members:
- Connect chat: open the message, the chat or the person’s card and choose Report or Block.
- Gallery photos and videos, timeline posts, venue reviews: use the Report option next to the item. If you are shown in a photo or video and do not want to be, use “Remove me from this”.
- Anything else: Settings, “Report a problem or content”. This works for every account type.
FMC staff review every report and act on it within 24 hours: we may remove content, warn or pause a member, or end a membership. For something urgent, email rsvp@fashionmodelscollective.com. The full rules are in clause 12 of the Terms & Conditions.
Payments help
- Booking payments and payouts go through Stripe. Your card details are typed on Stripe’s own pages and are never stored by FMC.
- Talent: set up or check your payout account in the app under your earnings. Brands: payment for a booking is made from the booking in the app.
- The app has no in-app purchases, and credits cannot be bought.
- How booking payments, reviews, releases and refunds work is set out in the Payment Terms. For a question about a specific booking, email rsvp@fashionmodelscollective.com with the campaign name.

Frequently asked questions
Who can join?
Talent (models, creators and influencers), brands, agencies, venues and promoters can all apply. Businesses with several locations can apply as a head company.
How do I get paid?
The brand funds the booking through Stripe. When the work is approved, or the review period ends without a dispute, your fee is released to your own Stripe account. If an agency represents you, its commission is split automatically.
What is the FMC Score?
A number from 0 to 100 that reads who can actually distribute and convert, built from audience, engagement and your real booking history. It is not a follower count and not a ranking of worth.
Can venues and promoters join?
Yes. Venues offer deals and events to members and check them in at the door. Promoters bring members in on their own link and are paid by the venue under a signed rate agreement.
Is my data private?
We collect what we need to run bookings and payments, as set out in our privacy policy. Card details stay with Stripe. You choose whether other members can find you, and FMC staff do not read private chats.
